First, I want to say that I’m so glad you’re here! I can’t wait to connect and find out more about your needs and how I can help?
My name is Tara McDonald and I’m a clinical social worker. I earned my Masters degree from the University of New England in 2012. Since that time, I’ve gained an enormous amount of experience working with children and families in the home, community and education settings.
Most importantly, I’m the mother of two young children. This has given me the most important and humbling experience of all. As a parent, I understand the unique rewards and pressures of raising kids. These experiences have consistently informed and influenced my work as a therapist. Who knew they would be my best teachers?
Raising or working with children is beyond challenging, but this is my love, my passion and I’m here to help!
